This is a deposit on a 1/2 Lamb cut to your specifications. A 1/2 Lamb will cost about $300. This is about 35 lbs hanging weight. You are paying the $175 deposit now and the remaining balance at time of pick up. The price varies due to the size of animal. This 1/2 lamb would be cut to your specifications. Possible cuts could include Leg of Lamb, Lamb Chops, Shoulder Steaks, Kabobs, Rack of Lamb, Lamb Shanks and ground. Once the order is placed, it will take a month to receive the lamb. We will contact you via email to let you know when our next available lambs will be ready.
